Otters Sign Four International Products

The next round of Otters signings come from overseas and will look to bolster the attack and the defense. Three players will come over from France, while the other will join the Otters from Brazil.

Ruben Adonis Yebga is the first of three players coming to the Tri-Cities from the All-Star School based in France. The Cameroonian-born centerback last played for FCSR Obernai in the lower French divisions.  

Medhi Chtara is another player from the All-Star School in France that will be coming stateside for the summer. He is a creative midfielder that will look to be a spark for the Otters attack this season. Chtara last played in France for FC Montfermeil.

Giovanni Kachan is another creative midfielder from Brazil that will bring some flair to the Otters midfield this summer. The 19-year old midfielder is also the brother of former Otter Roberto Soares, who made nine appearances last summer in the blue and green. Kachan last played in the F.P.F. in Brazil for Serie B side Guarani FC.

Forward Aquila Nsimba is the third and final player from the All-Star School that will play for the Otters this summer. The French forward has most recently played for FCSR Haguenau in the Championnat National 3 division in France.

The Otters play their first game of the regular season on May 19th in Statesboro, Georgia against Tormenta FC. The Otters will return home on June 8th for their home opener at Kermit-Tipton Stadium against Mississippi Brilla FC.
